Thailand Orders:

Delivery within Thailand typically takes 3-5 business days

International Orders:

International delivery times vary by destination and typically take 10-15 business days

All orders are carefully packaged in our signature packaging. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Casa Cruz is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures

Free standard shipping on orders over €150.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our studio. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@casacruzjewelry.com and include your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the case and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable solution.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Casa Cruz pieces. As a small independent brand, we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
